How to levitate the Bulb:

Put the base on a flat (non metallic surface), connect the power adapter. If the surface is not flat and level, the bulb will not levitate.
Hold the light bulb about 3 inches below the hanger and move it up slowly. When the bulb is in the proper position, you will feel a strong force holding the bulb. Release the bulb gently.
Touch the control button to turn the lamp ON/OFF.
